Return Policy

At Black Market Pearls, our only concern is to satisfy you.

Our return policy is very simple: if you are unsatisfied for any reason, your can  return your purchase as per following :

• 5 business days on loose pearls and all jewelry

We cannot accept returns on any custom orders unless jewelry shows defects nor accept return on pearls that have been drilled.

Items can only be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. All returns are subject to a $30.00 restocking fee.

To return or exchange an item, please send an email to bmptahiti@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number and return address confirmation. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, your shipping cost will be refunded.
