The Pearl Diver  Residency is a professional program designed to put you directly at the source some of the world’s finest pearls. By keeping our overhead lean and leveraging deep local connections, we ensure your primary investment is directed where it matters most: your Tahitian pearl acquisition.

1. THE TECHNICAL CORE

• Direct Vault Sourcing: Exclusive access to the latest harvest at farm-direct pricing.

• Precision Drilling Workshop: Master the "Pearl Hunter" method and proprietary "Both-Sides" technique to eliminate nacre chipping.

• Export Mastery: Black Market Pearls LLC acts as your Exporter of Record, bypassing the standard 10-pearl limit and handling all government visas and U.S. Formal Entry.

2. DAILY ITINERARY & PROGRAM

• Day 0 (Aug 28): Arrival in Tahiti (TN101). Welcome flower lei greeting & Resort transfer.

• Day 1 (Aug 29): Flight to Taha'a. Private water taxi to our Estate. Welcome Feast.

• Day 2 (Aug 30): The Graft & The Vault. Witness live pearl grafting. First look at the reserved harvest. Masterclass Module 1.

• Day 3 (Aug 31): Precision Drilling. Hands-on workshop in high-value drilling. Sourcing pairs and suites. Masterclass Module 2.

• Day 4 (Sept 1): Lagoon Day. Full-day private boat tour. Motu lunch and "Baroque" sourcing. Masterclass Module 3.

• Day 5 (Sept 2): The Final Selection. Export documentation & Tamara'a (Farewell Dinner).

• Day 6 (Sept 3): Return to Tahiti. Papeete Market tour and dinner. 

• Day 7 (Sept 4): Final Government Visa processing. Evening transfer for TN102 Departure.

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED vs. NOT INCLUDED

✅ Included in your Residency Fee:

• Housing: 4 Nights Taha'a (Private Estate) + 2 Nights Tahiti (Oceanfront Resort).

• Full Boarding: All gourmet meals (B/L/D) during the 4-day Taha'a Residency. Water, juice, alcohol is not included 

• The "Custom Island Pass": Concierge service (Arrival leis, car rentals, villa flower arrangements).

• Logistics: All 4 Tahiti land shuttles + Private Water Taxi (Raiatea ↔ Taha’a).

• Excursion: Full-day Private Lagoon Boat Tour in Taha'a.

• Technical Training: (With Workshop Pass) Drilling lab, vault access, and export handling.

❌ Not Included (To be booked/paid by Participant):

• International Airfare: LAX ↔ PPT (Approx. $1,039 via our group block).

• Domestic Airfare: PPT ↔ RFP (Approx. $400 via Air Tahiti).

• Tahiti Meals: Lunch/Dinner during the 2 nights in Māhina.

• Optional Masterclass: Bruce McKay Wax Carving ($200 elective + $110 tool kit).

• Travel Insurance: Mandatory. Must include "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage.

5.  AIRLINE TICKETING & RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To maintain our boutique "Net" pricing, we utilize a Group Block with Air Tahiti Nui (ATN).

• International Airfare: Estimated at $1,039.00 (LAX ↔ PPT). This is a specialized group rate subject to change and final confirmation.

• Flight Reservation: To hold your seat in the group block, a $200.00 non-refundable flight deposit is required within 10 days of booking. An extra charge of $150 will be charged for any ticket modification.

• Mandatory Schedule: All participants must be on TN101 (LAX-PPT) on Aug 28 and TN102 (PPT-LAX) on Sept 4 to sync with group VIP logistics.

• Domestic Flights: bookings will be issued at time of reservation  (PPT ↔ RFP (Raiatea) segment (Approx. $400) after the international block is confirmed.

4. PAYMENT CONDITIONS & CRITICAL DEADLINES

• PRICE VALIDITY: Current pricing is guaranteed only until April 15, 2026. After this date, tickets are subject to airline fuel surcharges and seasonal adjustments.

• FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2026. All residency fees, workshop passes, and international airfare balances must be paid in full by this date.

• Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, or Wire Transfer. * Credit Card Policy: We accept Credit Cards via e-invoice; however, a 3.5% processing surcharge will be added to the total. Checks are not accepted.

5. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

Because we utilize non-refundable "Net" group fares and private estate bookings, our overhead is committed early.

• NO REFUNDS: Once payments are made (Deposits or Final Balances), they are 100% Non-Refundable.

• Non-Transferable: Once international tickets are issued, they cannot be changed or transferred to another person.

• TRAVEL INSURANCE: Mandatory. You must purchase travel insurance (we recommend a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy) to protect your investment.

Reservation Deposit: $400 ($200 per person) is required immediately to lock in the suite and the $1,039 airfare rate.
